Our 100% Organic Olive Oil is a rich blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, Manzanillo and Sevillano olives, grown organically on our California groves. Harvested by hand and then milled to perfection, its distinct flavor is fresh, floral and grassy with notes of lemon and a light pepper finish. Ideal for dressing salads and pastas, drizzled over veggies, baking savory breads, sautéing and roasting.
Wild Honey
Cultivated from the hives on our 200-acre property, our bees feast on plants native to the Santa Monica mountains, primarily different varieties of sage. The result is an unprocessed, light amber honey with a subtly sweet flavor.
Ranch Caviar
Whether sprinkled on fresh fruit or paired with six almonds, our Ranch Caviar is made from coarse black sea salt from the Pacific Ocean and a staple on our morning hikes and throughout the day.
